TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read this information carefully!

Thanks so much for supporting the band!  We are ALL about the live show experience, and there’s no COBALT FALL without fans coming to see us play.  You rock!

So here’s the lowdown on how our online ticket system works:

• Please remember to specify how many tickets you need by updating your shopping cart.
• Unless otherwise specified, you will NOT receive a physical ticket for the show.
• The name listed on your PayPal account is the name assigned to your tickets.
• Your tickets will be at the Will Call window or at the front door of the venue.
• Simply show up and give your name.  In most cases, ID will not be necessary.  However, please be prepared to show ID matching the name on the PayPal account if the venue requires it.
• If you’d like, bring your PayPal email receipt as your proof of purchase and name.
• Tickets are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

1. If the show is canceled for any reason, your purchase will be refunded.
2. If Cobalt Fall does not perform, your purchase will be refunded.

• Other than those circumstances listed above, all ticket sales are final.
• Should a refund become necessary, funds will be returned to you using PayPal.
